Since 2016, we’ve been shaping that vision, first as a concept and then, by 2020, as a full consulting firm serving practices in Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles. Over the past five years, we’ve partnered with practices of every size, helping them streamline operations, stabilize revenue, strengthen teams, and achieve measurable growth.

Behind Stellar are two consultants with over a decade each of hands-on dental management experience. Biarro “B” Hassell, Stellar’s founder, specializes in business accounting, operations, data analytics, and HR. His love of astronomy inspired the name Stellar, symbolizing both a lifelong fascination with the stars and the kind of experience he aims to deliver to every client. For B, consulting is not about handing out generic advice; it’s about building systems and strategies that feel authentic, achievable, and tailored to each practice’s strengths.

Viandra (Via) McCarthy, Stellar’s co-founder, complements B’s vision with deep expertise in administrative training and revenue cycle management. She has guided practices through transformative RCM overhauls, streamlined complex workflows, and equipped administrative teams with the tools and confidence to lead effectively. Via thrives in the coaching moments that shift teams from overwhelmed to empowered.

Together, B and Via lead a growing team of 10 professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. This collective brings fresh perspectives and inventive problem-solving to every engagement, ensuring no two solutions look the same.
